Toro lx 460

so I recently bought a toro lx 460 with a kohler courage 20 hp that was for fix or repair. The problem was it smoked oil when it started but when engaged it would spew oil everywhere. It had a leak from the valve cover. So i replaced the carburator, vavle cover gasket and since i did all that I replaced the head gasket as well it came in one kit.
