Pull cord sticks, smooth with spark plug out

Briggs and Stratton 10ohv generator. I was moving the generator with a dolly, it falls off and rolls over sits upside down for about 15 seconds. I had to order new rubber shoes so it sat right side up for a week.
It starts just fine and I run it for 20 seconds and when I turn off it shakes more than normal. I then try to pull start it again and the cord hangs up after a half rotation. I can pull through with lots of force. I remove the spark plug and it rotates just fine. Im first...
